Otto Padrón is a highly respected media veteran whose career includes senior roles at Telemundo and Univision, as well as serving as President & CEO of Meruelo Media in Los Angeles. Earlier this year, Padrón was named Co-Owner, Co-President and COO of Get After It Media, home to The Heartland Network, The Family Channel, Retro TV, Rev’n and The Action Channel. In his new role, Padrón brings his visionary leadership and proven industry expertise as he guides the company’s growth from its base in Nashville, Tennessee.
An Emmy Silver Circle honoree, he is recognized as an award-winning content creator. Beyond media, Padrón served 38 years in the U.S. Army, completing multiple combat tours and retiring as Deputy Division Commander of the 91st Wild West Division. Today, he continues his service as an Army Reserve Ambassador.

Sammy Arriaga
A first-generation Cuban American, Sammy Arriaga bridges country and Latin music with authentic storytelling and unique sound. With over 2M followers across platforms, he’s built a powerful digital presence and is now advancing his career with Dead Rose Records in partnership with Walk Off Entertainment. Turning years of rejection into fuel, Arriaga is proving that independent artists have the tools to turn dreams into reality.

Ana Cristina Cash
Miami-raised and of Cuban and Spanish descent, Ana Cristina Cash is a bilingual Country and Latin music artist with a career that began at age six. She became the first Hispanic-American to perform the national anthem at a U.S. presidential inauguration in 2005 and has since performed at iconic venues including the Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Madison Square Garden, and more.
Now based in Nashville and recording at the historic Cash Cabin Studio, Ana Cristina blends Country, Pop, and Latin influences into a soulful, signature sound.
