Mia, a Harding University graduate in Organizational Leadership and Business Management, is the founder of Goal Digging, LLC, focusing on inclusive business strategies. She served as VP and later CEO of the Southern Region Minority Supplier Diversity Council, earning recognition as one of Arkansas's 20 Most Influential African Americans and one of 25 Women to Watch. An Arkansas native and Nashville resident, Mia has held leadership roles on various advisory boards and was the first African American Mrs. Arkansas United States.
