Her extensive career with the TN Latin American Chamber of Commerce began as a dedicated member, later ascending to Chair from 2019 to 2022. During this time, Delfine played a pivotal role in driving impactful initiatives and strategies that

uplifted businesses and strengthened community ties. Now serving as President & CEO, she channels her expertise and passion into guiding the Chamber toward its mission of inclusion, prosperity, and transformation.
